If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact customer support before you ship to obtain a return merchandise authorization and shipping instructions.

We will accept return if you contact us with in 7 days of receipt of the item and obtain a RMA from our customer service department.  If you receive a defective item, it will be replace at no charge.  If you return an item for refund it must be in as new unused condition with all of the original materials.  A 15% restocking charge will apply.  Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Returned items that were sold with free shipping will be charged shipping for returned items.
